Bookmarks....
In firefox I have the generic Links folder. Apart from the rest of selective bookmarks, this one is general interesting place to come back to should I feel the need. I would like to share this random assortment of wonderfully strange and unique places. Enjoy:

Progression and More....
The stucco goes up. The rock goes up. And the water seeps in. Lots o work and things are turning around. How bout some pics?
So it turns out the mold wasnt that bad and is a very recent addition. This is bc of the mulch on the outside sitting a good 4 inches above grade on the wall keeping things moist which should not be kept moist. I just used Moist twice in a sentence.
We thought it was the roof problem of years past, which it was, but not this time. Note the nails after the moist-dry cycle just fall out of the stud.
Then theres my little gardening project. Were gonna call it lumberJacking bc of the special means of acquisition. Heres the seven sisters:
And the new log wall seasoning the new for the old and trying to hide some of that shit that follows me wherever I go....

Sore and Blistered....
As the construction progresses like a glacier, I have taken to the tools to try and speed things up a bit. It rains in the high country of sun as I sledge my way through a concrete pad. I was hoping that with my gigantic muscles and perfect form that the slab would melt before my presence. Not the case. Every inch of it needs to pounded at least 5 times to show abuse and then you gotta aproach from the other side heaving it out with a shovel. New garden here we come.
On the other side of the garage, we were have major runoff flooding. This was the perfect chance for me to revert to my adolescent canal engineering. Little did I know that with the help of a huge system of minibear tunnels the water would simply go away. If they drown I wont have any pellet gun targets = sad.
Most of you know that I can get on a complete tangent in a conversation....or life. Recently my obsession has been with building a new bike. I poke around for hours looking at deals and used gear to fill this void that doesnt exist in the garage.

$225 with carbon stays!
$99 Mavic XTs!
As well, Im on a mandatory mission to remove the beaver form its slumber in the ARA lot and bring her down south. The only problem is getting there with 2 kayaks and gear sans vehicle. I thought about the train but the route is heinous. If anyone is interested in a little big road trip in late april early may to kayak and whatever else....let me know. I have a bed that rolls with a 444.

Grasslands to Forest.....
So Ive been avoiding posting like the plague, which is funny bc bubonic plague is prevalent here in Eldo.
Construction is tight, wired, piped, insulated, and Kevin and Joe just came and left. The Lineup:
Lots of gun shooting and tree transplanting and Guinness. Just to let you know, my idea of home decor is way different than most, so I get shut down pretty quick. If things were up to me Id live in a giant garage.
So to give the weekend a little kick we gathered the firearms and headed to the hills. In stock we had:
- .45 acp (new)
- .40 acp
- 30-30 lever action
- 10-22 semi-auto
- .22 bolt action
- 12 ga modified
- 12 ga full
- a pile of ammo and clays for nonstop 3 day fun times and great oldies. This is my kind of weekend!!
The only thing missing was a major accidental fire or a vehicular rollover. Although, they were not missed.
Kona on the other hand has a bit of a girlie problem (for the first and last time). So now shes sporting these boys briefs and pad. Though I think it looks hilarious (she doesnt), bc its almost sagging nagster style...lmao

Laughing in the Car....
Randomly this song came on the radio as we haggardly drifted back to the SW. The mental images were hilarious so I have to share.
Travels of a String wad....
First the string must be eaten. Sometime later it will irritate the digestive system, causing loss of sleep, eventually leading to puking said wad of string onto floor for reexamination and possible reconsumption. Kona ate her blanket.
Meanwhile were back at it in NM where the addition is coming along quite nicely and the wind is insane, not to mention cold and very unlike the low humid warmth that was present in Egypt.
A lot of things happened. Most super fun. Lots of shisha, sakkara, smog, sunburn, dehydration, french fries, and haggling. With all the travels and my first experience of EXTREME jet lag, I have to move in reverse chronological order in keep things semi-non-awkward. Btw, the trip revived the awkward turtle from its comfort and slumber, only to get pwned, as you may have heard already from the memoirs.
This is the first time I have ever had issues sleeping on a plane. It could have been the less than optimal beer availability, the lack of comfortably attractive flight attendants (who hires bitter grandmas, I mean really?) or the family with 4 four little boys that had eaten the chocolate coated suger bombs for breakfast before kicking the stuffing out of the back of seat, grabbing my hair and poking my feet. Did I mention screaming, I think there was some of that too. Kids have been mandatorally removed from any near future plans as a result. I also gave manders the good business class seats on a couple flights. Trust me, that will never happen again.
Must clean, organize, plan, sleep....
