Slow and sad. I want to quit my job and do something worthwhile. In the meantime I recreate via chainsaw and axe. It really relieves quite a bit of the stress, murdering the already dead forest. So allow me to show my collection. And right after I took this pic I split all the big daddies in anger and rage.
Now I had to view it from different angle due to the nature of the beast just t get the full effect.
And notice the new goodies....Dog door insert for the sliding glass door on the back. Rad!

After ww2 alot of service people ended up in hospitals because of the stress of the war. Anger rage etc. what they had seen! so they sat in these hospital stairing out the window doing doing. there was one chap that would go outside everyday and chop down trees and with each blow of his axe he relieved a little ager and stress. as the days went by he was the only one that started to feel better. cold outside, he was working up a sweat and would come in after hours outside. only to eat and didn't have a need for sleeping pills like all the others. he was soon released and conquered his stress and anger problem with hard work. Working instead of laying arouond was the answer. the hospital started to have all patients doing this activity and it worked. you release the anger, sweat out the stress annd you can relax and sleep. so, keep chopping pal it is tremendous workout, mentally good for the body. it beats watching tv or playing cards. the s ame physicolgy works today with stress, frustration of a job and the body getts great workout and you feel better. you are doing a great job chopping that wood. it will heat your houuse if the power goes out and you can sit by the fire at night star into the flames and medite for the sake of the mind. all you do is good. arms, hands, back , legs are getting strong and healty. i am proud of you and yes that is a huge pile of wood. keep uup the good work.
