Here it is, the first of many cheap to free modifications going on the 4runner. And I finnally got most of the wiring done with the help of a strong brisk wind to ruffle my feathers. The inverter is bolted down and the CB powered and functionally floating under the passenger seat. I dont know where to put it...
The 4Runner earlier this summer:
Steps are gone. I hate those things... Though I need to reattach that skid plate:
Then I went ahead and did some airbox modifications and just got rid of some parts for a better breathing engine and a touch more low end torque:
Next is the straight tube of PVC I was talking about, going in here, on this GOLD (tan) 4Runner. JP doesnt know what hes talking about....schmegh....red....
Notice the beautifully cleaned and cared for engine compartment.

Those runner boards saved me a couple nasty dents - remember the first? the day after i bought it - There was that rock that blocked that gate at the end of that 10 mile atv trail - or was that jp and DugD? anyway - i think those boards kept old GOLDY from rolling over. She looks naked now - and i guess thats kinda hot.
Youre dirty
looks good - but does it run???
does it run? who asked that? whos this "mom" character? I consider those types of questions jinx! Turf...uh, your son...is the best super beer mod man i've ever met. and if it doesnt run, well then he'll just push it.
and - i guess i'd like to think turfs friends would never sell him a lemon that doesnt run. whoever those friends might be.
