Options....

Having the new chainsaw is awesome, till I hit a rock. Then I sharpened it all cadywhompus. Time to start over.
As well today seems the best day to ACTUALLY wire up all those gizmos on the 4Runner. Got wire. Got switches. Got tape and connectors. Got Beer. Check.
So you may know the history of the Yota, but I got it from Brian, who sold it to me bc it really doesnt have the power he wanted. Now I have something that I can really take offroading and interstating, but it doesnt have the power I want either. The plan:

1. Snorkel. Since the 1994 3.slo V-6 engine doesnt have any aftermarket part available I had to poke around. A snorkel is by defintion the real cold air intake, looks cool, adds horses, and can go swimming. Check.

*I dream of snorkels*

2. ISR mod. Removing the crazy cluttered air intake junk and fabricating a pvc tube straight from the cleaner to the throttle body. Improves perforamnce for a whopping $10. Check.
From stock above, to custom like this below:

Now for a nap....
